AUTOHAUS 2026 Workshop Unveils Key Strategies for Car Dealerships’ Future Success

The AUTOHAUS akademie digital workshop, Challenge 2026, will bring together industry experts on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The one-day event will focus on key strategies for car dealerships, from financial resilience to digital transformation and succession planning.

Organised by AUTOHAUS Publishing Director and Editor-in-Chief, the workshop features leading voices in automotive management and finance.

Norbert Irsfeld, Managing Partner of Prudentes Management GmbH, will open the event with a keynote on building resilience in dealerships. His session will highlight quick financial wins alongside long-term growth strategies, drawing on his expertise in concentration, consolidation, and correction.

Barbara Muggenthaler, a certified public accountant and tax advisor, will follow with an analysis of industry figures. Her talk will explore upcoming financial and regulatory changes expected by 2026.
