Australian Foundation AGM Kicks Off With Stable Leadership

The 97th Annual General Meeting of Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited kicked off today with Craig Drummond, the Chairman, presiding. He opened the event, acknowledging the traditional owners and paying respect to the elders of the lands where the meeting took place.

Following the opening, Craig Drummond introduced key members of the team. Robert Freeman, the Managing Director, CEO, and Director, took his seat in the front row alongside other investment team members. Nonexecutive director David Peever and CFO and Company Secretary Andrew J. Porter were also introduced.

Later speakers include Portfolio Manager David Grace and Assistant Portfolio Manager Winston Chong. The Company Secretary, Matthew Rowe, and the General Manager of Business Development and Investor Relations, Geoffrey Driver, were also present.

No changes in the leadership of the Australian Foundation Investment Company have been reported since September 2025. The AGM continues with key members of the investment team in attendance, ready to discuss the company's progress and future plans.
