Arch Capital’s Q4 2025 Earnings Report Could Shift Investor Sentiment

Arch Capital Group Ltd. (ACGL), a global insurance provider with a market cap of £33.8 billion, is preparing to release its fiscal Q4 2025 results. The company, headquartered in Pembroke, Bermuda, will announce earnings on Monday, February 9, after the stock market closes.

ACGL operates across multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Despite its broad reach, the company’s shares have seen modest growth, rising just 3.4% over the past 52 weeks—a performance that trails broader stock market indices.

In its last earnings report, ACGL posted an adjusted EPS of £2.77 for Q3 2025, beating analyst expectations. Yet, the stock dipped 1.4% following the announcement. The company has now outperformed Wall Street’s earnings forecasts for four consecutive quarters. Looking ahead, analysts project an adjusted EPS of £2.42 for Q4 2025, marking a 7.1% increase from the same period last year. For the full fiscal year 2025, the consensus estimate stands at £9.20, slightly below the £9.28 reported in 2024. Growth is expected to resume in fiscal 2026, with forecasts predicting a 2.8% rise to £9.46. Recent analyst coverage includes price targets from Barclays’ Alex Scott (£104, set for January 2026) and Goldman Sachs’ Robert Cox (£93, also for January 2026).

The upcoming Q4 2025 results will provide further insight into ACGL’s financial trajectory. With a history of exceeding earnings estimates, the company’s performance will be closely watched by investors. Analysts remain cautiously optimistic about its near-term growth prospects.
