Arcfox Announces Price Adjustments for Models Due to Rising Costs and Subsidy Cuts
Arcfox, a sub-brand of BAIC BJEV, has announced price adjustments for its models due to rising raw material costs and reduced subsidies for new energy vehicles (NEVs). The changes will take effect from May 1, with specific details to be revealed by April 30. The company, which delivers the Arcfox α-S with Huawei Inside, began delivering the first version of this model in May 2022.
Arcfox currently offers two models: the Arcfox α-T SUV and the Arcfox α-S sedan. The α-S, equipped with Huawei's full-stack smart car solution 'Huawei Inside', is particularly notable. This version starts at RMB 388,900 and features an advanced autonomous driving system with 400TOPs of computing power. Deliveries of this model began in December 2021. The standard Arcfox α-S starts at RMB 251,900, while the α-T has a starting price of RMB 241,900.
