A short-term advanced qualification in HypZert F or comparable is acceptable, and candidates must be proficient in using standardized valuation procedures and relevant regulations such as BelWertV, ImmoWertV, CRR, Building Code, Pfandbrief Act, MaRisk, DIN 277, DIN 276, and Residential Space Ordinance.
Candidates should be negotiation-savvy and communicate appropriately to their audience in line with their task. They must also be skilled in using common IT applications and real estate appraisal programs such as LORA. Candidates should be willing to travel for on-site appraisals and have a driver's license class B.
