Bluestone Jewellery IPO
The much-anticipated Bluestone Jewellery IPO is set to open for subscription from August 11 to August 13, 2025. The company, a direct-to-customer diamond, gold, platinum, and studded jewellery brand, aims to raise Rs 1,540.65 crore, comprising Rs 820 crore via fresh issue and Rs 720.65 crore through an offer for sale. The issue price band has been set at Rs 492 to Rs 517 per share, with a minimum lot size of 29 shares. The IPO allotment date is August 14, 2025, and the tentative listing date on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is August 19-20, 2025.
SME Segment
The SME segment will also see a wave of 11 companies making their market debut. On August 11, Essex Marine, BLT Logistics on BSE SME, and Aaradhya Disposal Industries on NSE SME will list. Icodex Publishing Solutions, another SME IPO, will open for subscription from August 11 to August 13, with a price band of Rs 98-Rs 102 and a target raise of Rs 42.03 crore. The listing on the BSE SME platform is scheduled for August 19 for Icodex Publishing Solutions and Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure, which will open on August 12 and close on August 14, priced between Rs 75-Rs 85 and with a target raise of Rs 49.45 crore. The listing on the NSE SME platform is planned for August 20 for Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure.
Mainboard IPOs
Apart from Bluestone Jewellery, another mainboard IPO is Regaal Resources, an agro-based company engaged in manufacturing maize-based starch and speciality starch products. The IPO details for Regaal Resources, Highway Infrastructure, and JSW Cement are not currently available, with public announcements or stock exchange notices expected closer to the event date.
