Previously, we chatted with Liya Shaynurova, the boss at "RIA," about their Comprehensive Territorial Development (CTD) project. Today, we're spilling the beans on specific addresses that will undergo demolition and resettlement this year.
Eager to know what's brewing in the CTD pipeline for Yakutsk? Here's a peek at the upcoming demolitions and constructions. Keep in mind that these dates might change due to funding availability and the pace of residents submitting documents and picking their relocation options:
- Sports Microdistrict: Here are the MCDs (Municipal Official Addresses) slated for demolition and resettlement, starting from 2025. Bear in mind the dates may fluctuate based on funding availability and the speed of document submission:
- As of February 11, 2025: These MCDs have already signed agreements for compensation:
- Sector "S" of the "Zvezdy" microdistrict (Implementation: 177 citizens, Dilapidated area: 2,261.90 sq.m., Provided premises: 2,616.66 sq.m.)
- Cash compensation (Implementation: 29 citizens, Dilapidated area: 690.30 sq.m.)
- Completed and Planned Work in 2025:
- Completed: Multi-apartment buildings at 63/1, Yakutsk Street have been demolished after residents were resettled. Preparations for demolition are underway for the multi-apartment building at 40/1, Pioneer Street, and all residents of the multi-apartment building at 38/1, Pioneer Street have been relocated.
- Planned for 2025: The following multi-apartment buildings in Yakutsk will be demolished, followed by relocation:
- 59, 63, 61/1, Yakutsk Street
- If funding is available, demolition and relocation for the following multi-apartment buildings will commence:
- 11, 11/1, 9, Cosmos Street
- 32, 34, 34/1, 36, 36/1, 38, 40, Pioneer Street
- 59/1, Yakutsk Street
