Advises Sirius Real Estate on the €105 million corporate bond issuance through a tap method
HSBC Continental Europe Acts as Sole Bookrunner for Sirius XM's Bond Issue
HSBC Continental Europe, a regional subsidiary of HSBC Holdings plc, has managed the issuance and distribution of securities for Sirius XM Limited's latest bond issue. The Frankfurt-based team led the successful tap issuance of a 1.75% bond, initially issued in November 2021, with a total outstanding aggregate principal amount of €464.9 million.
Sirius XM Limited, a leading owner and operator of commercial and industrial parks in Germany and the United Kingdom, is no stranger to bond issues. The global law firm, which has advised Sirius XM Limited on all of its previous bond issues, including the one issued in 2021 that has yet to be tapped again, provided legal counsel for this transaction as well.
The bond matures in 2028 and is governed by German law. It is admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Dr. Frank Peter Regelin, a lead partner at the global law firm, commented on the successful bond issuance, praising the close collaboration between all parties involved.
The Frankfurt team that worked on the deal included partner Christoph Enderstein, senior associates Denis Drager and Florian Fraunhofer. HSBC Continental Europe acted as the sole bookrunner for the transaction, having already facilitated a tap of the same bond to €359.9 million in May 2024.
