Adecco Appoints Dr. Ekkehard Kuppel as President of Career Services Division
Adecco SA, the world's leading HR solutions provider, has appointed Dr. Ekkehard Kuppel as the new President of its Career Services Division. The appointment comes as Adecco expands into HR consulting, career transitioning, and restructuring services.
Dr. Kuppel, aged 42, brings a wealth of international experience to his new role. He has previously served as CEO of 20 Minutes Holding, successfully expanding its free newspaper across Europe. Before that, he was Managing Director at Jacobs AG, a Swiss investment firm.
Kuppel holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, a Postgraduate degree in International Marketing from Paris Dauphine University, and an engineering degree from the University of Karlsruhe. His diverse educational background and global work experience, spanning Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, make him an ideal fit for Adecco's global entry.
At Adecco, Kuppel has been instrumental in leading the acquisition of Altedia Group. In his new role, he will oversee Adecco's Career Services division, including Lee Hecht Harrison and Altedia's operations, with worldwide responsibilities.
