Ad Carlo Vasino, the current Human Resources Head at Adecco, is set to depart and join a major Italian multinational corporation instead.
In a heartfelt statement, the Board of Directors and Management of the organization have expressed their gratitude to Christian Vasino for his significant contribution to the Group's achievements over the past decade.
After serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer since 2007, Vasino has decided to move on to a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading Italian multinational company, effective from January 1, 2014.
Vasino started his journey with the organization in 2003 as the HR Director for the organization's Italy division. During his tenure, he established a performance-focused global human resources organization and played a key role in strengthening the organization's HR function, contributing to profitable growth.
According to the CEO, Patrick De Maeseneire, Vasino's efforts have been instrumental in shaping the organization's culture, which focuses on people development, respect, and professional processes.
The search for Vasino's successor has begun, and while the name has yet to be announced, the organization is committed to ensuring a smooth transition in the current role. The announcement of his successor will be made in due course.
In the meantime, Vasino has pledged to work closely with the incoming HR leader to ensure a seamless handover. He will leave his current position on December 31st, 2013.
