Exemptions will be made for persons with disabilities, police, emergency services, fire department, waste collection, taxis, economic and delivery traffic, and buses. To ensure pedestrian safety, a blanket speed limit of 30 km/h may be imposed across the restricted zone, and parking spaces might be repurposed to create pedestrian-friendly spaces such as playgrounds, open-air cinemas, and flowerbeds.
