360 One Asset raises ₹2,300 crore for India’s commercial real estate boom
360 One Asset has secured Rs 2,300 crore for its latest real estate fund. The company announced the completion of its Category II Alternative Investment Fund on Monday in Mumbai. The fund will target infrastructure and income-generating commercial properties across India.
The fund was raised over four months, with most of the capital already allocated to key projects. Investments include Knowledge Realty Trust, Vertis Infra Trust, and Maple Infrastructure Trust. Another major allocation went to Truist's Bluegrass Business Park.
With Rs 2,300 crore now deployed, the fund strengthens 360 One Asset’s position in India’s real estate market. The investments target infrastructure-backed properties expected to provide reliable returns. The company has confirmed further updates as projects progress
